Description
• Lead a team of sales professionals in the DACH region. • Achieve overall team sales goals. • Develop and maintain a strong team culture. • Coach and motivate individual team members. • Collaborate with other Rocket departments and sales teams. • Utilize Rocket’s CRM system, data, and sales methodology. • Act as a role model and leader within the sales organization. • Advise reps on accounts and provide assistance when necessary.
Requirements
• 5+ years of sales or sales/engineering experience • Proven experience in handling large accounts, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies. • A strong track record of sales management in both sales target attainment and people/team development. • Strong, high-level relationship skills. • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing strategic sales initiatives. • The ability to thrive in a team selling environment. • Coaching and mentoring skills • German & English Native Language Speaking
