β’ 4+ years of proven leadership in team management. β’ Dental operations and revenue cycle management experience. β’ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. β’ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth. β’ High EQ, conflict resolution, and consultative sales expertise. β’ Intuitive problem-solving and strategic thinking. β’ Project management and KPI monitoring abilities. β’ Commitment to workforce retention and team collaboration. β’ Proficiency in quality control and change management. β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Google Drive a plus. β’ Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic industry.
