• 2+ years of experience in product management or operations, within dental revenue cycle management; specific to patient billing, accounts receivables. • Strong knowledge of dental patient billing and collections processes. • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and suggest process improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments. • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant tools. • Experience with practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Curve is a plus.
