• Fast-paced sales role selling leadership solutions • Onboarding through Sales Academy lasts 2 - 4 months • Lead business pursuit and secure meetings • Target and Win Cross Sell and Expansion Opportunities • Progress opportunities through sales cycle to close quickly • Collaborate with teams to grow business and ensure client satisfaction • Meet & exceed individual sales goals

Requirements

• BA/BS degree combined with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience • Experience with sales CRM’s • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals, including peer coaching • Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
