📋 Description

• The New Home Builder Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with home builders and developers. • This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing opportunities, and working closely with the internal teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the residential home building or related industries. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
