β€’ Supervises and leads a team of account managers β€’ Communicates company goals, important information, and deadlines to the team β€’ Motivates team members and assesses performance β€’ Provides help to management, including hiring and training β€’ Maintains and appropriately works a small client load β€’ Provides daily direction and communication from management to team members β€’ Moderates chat and helps account managers with customer issues daily β€’ Distributes workload and oversees larger team member projects β€’ Conducts weekly 1 on 1 meetings β€’ Performs call audits β€’ Ensures team members have training and resources to perform effectively β€’ Notifies management of performance accomplishments or concerns β€’ Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects β€’ Steps in as initial escalation point for client issues β€’ Uses judgement in communication regarding escalations β€’ Provides weekly reports on escalations, trainings, projects, and performance β€’ Assists management with performance reviews β€’ Assists management in achieving monthly goals β€’ Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

β€’ Client handling expertise β€’ Experience working with escalated customers β€’ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments β€’ Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving experience β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, CRM, Google platforms β€’ Superior organizational and time-management skills
