β’ Minimum of 3 years experience in a revenue-driven customer success or account management role β’ Minimum 2 years experience in people management for a team with revenue targets, preferably in a start-up or SaaS company β’ Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization β’ Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term software solutions β’ Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators β’ Ability to build trust and rapport with a customer success managers β’ Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals β’ Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships β’ Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers (future) β’ Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise CS operations preferred β’ Managing a remote team preferred β’ Previous experience in a fast growing startup environment β’ Resilient and hardworking (GRIT) β’ A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition β’ The ability to solve problems & to think dynamically β’ Adaptability β weβre growing and evolving, and the rocket ship is about to take off β’ Ability to think differently β’ Team Player
