Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years experience in a revenue-driven customer success or account management role β€’ Minimum 2 years experience in people management for a team with revenue targets, preferably in a start-up or SaaS company β€’ Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization β€’ Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term software solutions β€’ Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators β€’ Ability to build trust and rapport with a customer success managers β€’ Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals β€’ Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships β€’ Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor, on-site with customers (future) β€’ Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise CS operations preferred β€’ Managing a remote team preferred β€’ Previous experience in a fast growing startup environment β€’ Resilient and hardworking (GRIT) β€’ A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly disposition β€’ The ability to solve problems & to think dynamically β€’ Adaptability – we’re growing and evolving, and the rocket ship is about to take off β€’ Ability to think differently β€’ Team Player
