• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. • Experience with issue triage or customer support prioritization is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Basic technical knowledge is a plus but not required. • Be the main customer contact for inquiries and issue resolution. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly. • Prioritize and triage issues, routing them as needed. • Collaborate with teams to address complex cases. • Maintain accurate records and provide feedback for improvement.
