🎯 Requirements
• You have at least 2+ years of experience in customer/client success role and really understand how to solve complex problems. • You are an excellent communicator and you will either be fluent in French or German as well as English. • Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert. • You have a creative approach to problem-solving and embrace the challenge with the tools at your disposal.
