Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to join our team within our Professional Employer Organization (PEO). • Manage and process payroll related activities for multiple client companies, including unemployment claims processing, garnishment set-up, new hire reporting, and assisting with payroll finalization. • Exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a solid understanding of payroll compliance and administration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in handling garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and other deductions, preferably in a PEO environment. • 1+ years of experience in unemployment claims management, preferably in a PEO environment. • Experience with PrismHR, especially processing garnishments within the system, strongly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • FPC (Fundamentals of Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Team player with a collaborative attitude. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
