Description

• Deel is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives. • Drive co-marketing campaigns and execute go-to-market strategies that align with goals. • Work closely with sales, product, and partner managers to create impactful partner programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales cycles, and partner ecosystems. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
