Description

• You'll own the recruiting process from inception through close for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way • You’ll work closely with our hiring teams to take a holistic approach in building each organization • You’ll work with the Head of Talent on developing progressive sourcing and engagement strategies to develop a quality pipeline of talent • You’ll drive a goal of enabling the pipeline for diverse candidates in order to continue building an inclusive environment at Deepgram • You'll make informed data driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiting process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter owning processes and driving results • Ability to flex between highly technical hiring and business, go-to-market roles • Consultative approach to driving a skills based hiring process • Ability to create diverse pools of candidates through a combination of sourcing and in-bound talent • Optimize for efficiency while implementing best practices in talent management • Huge plus if you’re familiar with Ashby
