• Longroad Energy is a renewable energy developer focused on wind and solar projects • The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to strategize and facilitate recruitment processes • Lead the entire recruitment journey for requisitions, including job postings and screening • Facilitate discussions to develop effective recruitment strategies • Actively share insights about market trends and build connections in the industry • Provide thoughtful updates on ongoing requisitions to hiring managers • Collaborate with HR to craft compelling offers and negotiate
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years direct, relevant and recent experience leading end-to-end recruitment • Experienced in recruiting for both Corporate and Technical roles • Demonstrated ability to create diverse candidate pipelines • Ability to negotiate and consult on candidate compensation packages • Exceptional talent assessment and interviewing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS • Ability to work successfully through ambiguous situations • Track record of high performance in fast-paced environment • Experience influencing hiring managers up to Director level • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
