• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 5 years in a management role leading and developing a team of recruiters. • Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams. Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards shared goals. • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to create and execute hiring strategies that align with company goals and drive impactful results. • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners. • Operational Excellence: Experience in developing and refining recruiting processes, utilizing technology and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and leverage recruiting metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate success. • Diversity Champion: Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
