Description

• Responsible for talent sourcing and recruiting. • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR. • Develop creative recruiting ideas and utilize sourcing strategies. • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions. • Manage candidate engagement and provide positive experience. • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback. • Deliver and negotiate employment offers. • Maintain tracking system of requisition and applicant activity. • Establish networks through industry contacts and universities. • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience. • At least 1 year of experience with an applicant tracking system. • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. • High energy, passionate individual who loves people and recruiting. • Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments. • Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
