Description
• You’re a talent scout, searching the real estate landscape to connect with high-performing real estate agents. • Building relationships and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to help grow our company. • You will prospect up to 50 or more recruits a day through cold calls and warm leads. • Building and maintaining a continuous flow of candidates using our resources. • Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.
Requirements
• At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus. • Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems. • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
