• Responsible for managing the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process. • Maintain ongoing relationships with COA’s for a positive candidate experience. • Participate in planning with team leadership for recruiting and sales strategies. • Leverage the company database to expand the candidate network. • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience. • Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, and closing processes. • Negotiate candidate’s package within margin goals. • Facilitate onboarding process for new hires. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Stay informed on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred. • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. • Affect or change others' positions and opinions. • Engage effectively in dialogue.
