• Recruitment Strategy: Partner with market leaders and hiring managers to understand ongoing and unique requirements. • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Research, identify and implement multiple sourcing channels. • Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates. • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates. • Employer Branding: Promote the Company’s employer brand and values. • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with Company policies.
