Description

• Lead and assist in releases, monitor results, and iterate for continuous improvement. • Guide a development team in translating high-level technical solutions into discrete requirements and actionable engineering tasks. • Review code and provide engineers with guidance on architecture, functionality, and readability. • Work closely with Product counterparts to identify technical solutions that align with business goals and use cases. • Promote simplicity and adherence to standards without over-engineering. • Take broad requirements and proactively lead follow-up discovery and communication to define detailed solutions. • Clearly outline tentative solutions to facilitate efficient reviews and discussions. • Guide complex solutions from initial proposal to clear execution plans for junior engineers.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading a full development team, including developers, QA/Automation, UI, and others, in day-to-day operations (not just development). • Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js • Experience with React. • Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs. • Experience with relational databases. • Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques. • Excellent asynchronous communication skills and Advanced English. • Ability to design complete solutions (front-end, back-end, data, and integration) and effectively justify the approach. • Skilled in defining rules and processes for version control, code reviews, secure development practices, sprint planning, testing, automated testing, instrumentation, DevOps, and more. • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, emphasizing automated testing. • Experience with lean development practices. • Understanding of observability principles. • Desirable Knowledge or experience with Tailwind.
