Description

• Responsible for backend project management while ensuring great customer service experience. • Help develop long-term relationships with clients and provide promotional product solutions. • Prepare and distribute sales proposals and presentations. • Coordinate sample requests for customer events. • Manage proactive email campaigns and customer inquiries. • Provide general administrative support. • Create visually appealing sales materials, such as brochures and flyers. • Assist with branding and marketing initiatives. • Maintain spreadsheets for program management and pricing updates. • Ensure accuracy of data entry in spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in the Promotional Products industry. • Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create visually appealing materials. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to take initiative and drive proactive campaigns. • Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. • Willingness to work effectively with a team
