Description

• Responsible for all backend project management • Work closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers • Help develop long-term relationships with clients • Provide promotional product solutions • Maintain Trello Post Sales Board • Create sales orders • Send POs to vendors • Confirm ship dates with vendors • Maintain item master showing all details of cost • Respond to invoice requests and handle reports of damaged goods • Update customer records and reseller permits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to diverse types of characters • Comfortable with social media marketing • Experience with various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
