• Company Overview: Our client specializes in acquiring and managing high-quality self-storage facilities. They're dedicated to expanding their portfolio by identifying valuable opportunities and establishing strong relationships with property owners. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our client's team and contribute to their growth. • Role Summary: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and researching potential self-storage property acquisitions, maintaining a comprehensive database of leads, and conducting cold calls to property owners. This role requires strong organizational, research, and communication skills, as well as a passion for building relationships and driving sales. • Key Responsibilities: • Database Management: Research and identify potential self-storage properties for acquisition. • Collect and sort ownership information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Maintain and organize a detailed database of property leads, tracking communication and updates. • Lead Generation and Outreach: Conduct cold calls to self-storage property owners, introducing Silverback Storage and our acquisition interests. • Engage owners in meaningful conversations to understand their property and gauge interest in potential sale opportunities. • Build and nurture relationships with property owners to facilitate future opportunities. • Sales and Negotiation: Effectively communicate Silverback Storage’s value proposition and answer questions from property owners. • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to negotiate terms and move potential deals forward. • Provide feedback on leads and communicate any challenges or successes to the team. • Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and property data to identify high-potential acquisition targets. • Prepare reports on lead generation efforts, property owner feedback, and progress towards acquisition goals.
• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, lead generation, or real estate acquisitions (experience in the self-storage industry is a plus). • Skills: • Strong research and data management abilities. • Excellent communication and cold-calling skills. • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone. • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
