• 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams in B2B technology or cybersecurity companies • Proven experience developing and executing global demand generation strategies • Demonstrated success in partnering with sales teams • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performance teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience leading demand generation efforts in multiple regions • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
