β€’ Develop and Lead Demand Generation Strategy: β€’ Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness and pipeline growth for RevolutionParts. β€’ Focus on building top-of-funnel demand through content marketing, outbound campaigns, paid advertising, webinars, events, and more. β€’ Align closely with sales to ensure that the demand generation strategies are leading to high-quality leads and pipeline acceleration. β€’ Campaign Creation and Execution: β€’ Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness and demand from target personas and accounts. β€’ Build creative, data-driven programs such as webinars, email marketing, paid media campaigns, and content syndication. β€’ Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to strategically target and engage key accounts in the auto parts and dealership sectors. β€’ Content and Messaging Strategy: β€’ Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to create compelling, value-driven content that educates and nurtures leads. β€’ Ensure messaging resonates with our target market, including dealership decision-makers and auto parts buyers. β€’ Performance Analytics and Optimization: β€’ Establish KPIs for all demand generation activities and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all channels. β€’ Use data to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously optimize for maximum impact and ROI. β€’ Regularly report on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. β€’ Sales and Marketing Alignment: β€’ Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs, optimize MQL/SQL conversion, and develop effective lead nurturing programs. β€’ Develop strong sales enablement strategies to ensure alignment on messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market initiatives. β€’ Team Leadership: β€’ Lead and mentor a growing team of demand-generation professionals, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and career development. β€’ Collaborate across the marketing team and with other departments to align on broader company goals and objectives.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with a clear focus on creating demand, not just capturing latent demand. β€’ Demonstrated success in building awareness, driving interest, and moving leads through the buyer journey in fast-paced environments. β€’ Deep understanding of digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in eCommerce or automotive-related industries is a strong plus. β€’ Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels such as email, paid search, paid social, webinars, content marketing, SEO, and display advertising. β€’ Ability to set metrics, track performance, and optimize based on data insights. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce. β€’ Experience working closely with sales teams to align on lead generation goals, lead scoring, and the overall marketing-to-sales funnel process. β€’ Experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
