β’ Player/coach accountable for Client Delivery across the region, overseeing the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementations according to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards β’ Build and maintain process to monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and take corrective actions if deviations from the plan occur β’ Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize Client Delivery and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Account Management, Product, and Platform to ensure smooth handoffs, seamless Client Delivery, and improved ways of working β’ Ensure all projects have comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements β’ Work closely with customers to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and establish project milestones β’ Proactively identify potential issues or obstacles that may impact Client Delivery. Implement risk mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Act as an escalation point for Client Delivery, and escalate risks and issues to other functional leaders or exec as appropriate β’ Train and coach team in effective client communication, e.g., providing regular project updates, status reports, and keeping all relevant parties informed about project progress, milestones, and changes or risks β’ Manage and coach a team of Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers, fostering their professional growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning β’ Assess the skill sets and availability of team members, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that resources are utilized efficiently to meet Client Delivery requirements β’ Monitor and report key performance metrics, such as project timelines and resource utilization to Executive leadership β’ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and increased scalability while maintaining the highest standards of quality β’ Other duties as required
β’ Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline (technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred e.g., computer science, analytics, or software engineering) β’ Player-coach mentality and experience with a minimum of 3 years leading a high-performing presales, consulting, or customer success team β’ 5+ years of experience delivering strong outcomes in project management or solution engineering with enterprises, especially in banking, insurance, consulting, or fintech verticals preferred β’ Experience managing 7- or 8-figure enterprise programs of work, and/or scoping or leading 7- or 8-figure enterprise deals β’ Experienced in shaping and delivering data use cases, providing data governance and compliance guidance, and successful adoption of data platforms β’ Demonstrated experience operating at the executive level with clients, building a strong trusted advisor relationship, with the ability to challenge and influence clients globally β’ Passionate about the ability for data and analytics to solve business problems for numerous types of clients β’ Exceptional listening and communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex products and problems into a clear aligned vision, and alignment to Demyst core value proposition β’ Polished interpersonal style, superb leadership and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, humility, grit, and client-centricity
