β€’ Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory. β€’ Understand the DM value proposition and how it can change dental/ortho practice workflow. β€’ Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues. β€’ Segment the territory to identify key opportunities for sales growth. β€’ Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and objectives. β€’ Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers. β€’ Drive events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs for peer endorsement. β€’ Provide feedback to management on market trends and competition. β€’ Full use of CRM to report activity.

Requirements

β€’ Strong background in sales in orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field. β€’ Understanding of the dental market is a bonus. β€’ Ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking. β€’ Clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach. β€’ Strong hunting skills. β€’ High level of IT knowledge and appreciation for new technology. β€’ Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers.
