• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office • Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions • Nurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard • Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the DentalMonitoring brand and continue to use and advocate the DentalMonitoring products • Acting as a technical bridge between the customers and DentalMonitoring platform • Supporting and attending local trade shows • Working and communicating with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives in order to provide the best onboarding experience for the customer • Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology • Traveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementation
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree • Excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach • Consultative, training and implementation experience • Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients • High level of IT/computer science knowledge and a strong interest in new technologies • Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and empathy • Ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities • Proactive and independent, enthusiastic, and curious • Team spirit • Native speaker in the related country and fluent in English
