• Build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients • Lead teams through strategic development and creative brainstorming • Operationally support the Field Marketing operations • Identify client issues and work with agency partners • Create applicable development plans for direct reports • Empower teams through engaging career development practices • Oversee client financials and account profitability • Ensure coordination of all program components and deliverables • Contribute to program recaps, analyzing and evaluating data and performance • Socialize success and opportunities via program recaps • Share industry and competitive activity to keep the brand at the forefront
Requirements
• 10-12 years of experience in experiential marketing • Beverage alcohol industry experience • 3-5 years in supervisory role • Project management expert • Experience with complex categories / regulated industries • Confidence and drive to work independently • Budget experience with financial planning • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
