• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field • Eight (8) years of experience in program management, including supervisory experience • Proven track record of overseeing large-scale health programs and managing multidisciplinary teams • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local grant requirements, with experience in grant reporting and compliance • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives effectively • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team • Deep understanding of maternal and child health, including evidence-based practices and emerging trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, policymakers, and community organizations • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail • Passion for community health and a commitment to making a positive impact in underserved communities
