• 10+ years of experience in digital media, focusing on eRetail, RMNs, or CPG • Experience with eRetail channels and in-platform experience • Experience with Paid Social platforms and digital ad serving platforms • Experience with diverse media buying strategies • Experience with data analysis and providing recommendations • Client management and consultative selling skills • People management experience • Collaborative mindset • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Contributions to policy and best practices
