In this role, you will oversee and optimize marketing KPIs, manage key marketing systems, deliver valuable data insights, and lead a team of marketing professionals. As a key leader in the Marketing Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our marketing efficiency and effectiveness while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS KPIs and business drivers. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. • Curiosity, always asking questions and trying to find answers for problems that other people can't see. • Exceptional project management and process optimization skills and takes ownership. • 5+ years experience with Marketo • Strong experience with a BI platform such as Thoughtspot, Sigma or Looker • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. • Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Customer.io. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think and act on a global scale. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Must be located in the Americas (AMER).
