Description

• Responsible for revenue growth and cost efficiency of influencer and affiliate marketing programs • Build and nurture relationships with content creators, influencers, and partners to drive revenue growth and product adoption • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business goals • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute branded campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. • Deep understanding of the content creation landscape, including familiarity with platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcasting networks. • Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with creators, influencers, and industry partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey Descript's value proposition to potential partners. • Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives. • You can effectively sell your ideas internally through well-written docs and clear verbal communication • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives. • Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • You actively invest in your personal growth and development, are driven by making an impact, and possess intellectual curiosity and honesty.
