• We are looking for a hands-on Customer Relationship Manager. • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy tailored to our target audience. • Extend our internal and external knowledge sharing base. • Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines. • Collaborate across internal teams to gather insights. • Use data-driven approaches to segment audiences, personalise communication, and improve engagement rates. • Use A/B test communication strategies and analyse results to optimise campaigns and messages. • Automate communication processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer communication or content management, ideally within the B2B SaaS space. • Experience with customer.io , Braze , or similar customer communication tools. • Near-native fluency in German (written and spoken), with excellent command of English. • Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and content creation. • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate communication performance, segment audiences, and optimise strategies through testing. • Skilled in automating customer communication processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
