Description

• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit. • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their staffing requirements. • Facilitate the placement process, including coordinating interviews, for both candidates and clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment. • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, International Affairs, or a related field; or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within USAID environment. • Strong interviewing, networking, and communication skills, with knowledge of federal hiring regulations. • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and support DEI initiatives in recruitment. • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs. • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, especially Microsoft Office 365. • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
