Description
• Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team • Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities, challenges and strategies • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule kick off meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process • Follow up with interview teams to ensure feedback is captured and schedule debrief sessions • Support with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media • Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates' skills when applicable • Perform continuous ATS maintenance • Promote our employer brand, programs, and job openings • Update hiring teams on positions, follow up, and check in regularly • Support the new hire offer process • Administer and process background screens for new hires • Engage global new hires through onboarding and orientation activities
Requirements
• Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS • 1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required • Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects • Persistent attention to detail
