Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher • Minimum 10 years of experience in the requisite subject matter expertise • Ability to produce high-quality reports in English • Experienced in providing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues • Experience working with high level officials • Experience working with in the Department of Defense (DOD) • Familiarity with security cooperation initiatives • Minimum DOD secret clearance.
