Description

β€’ Build technical relationships with prospects and deliver compelling product demonstrations. β€’ Own running demos and proof of concepts, gathering success criteria, system configuration, and training. β€’ Work closely with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions.

Requirements

β€’ Technical curiosity and excitement about delivering technology solutions. β€’ Demonstrated experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5-8 yrs preferred). β€’ Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company. β€’ In-person demo experience and public speaking comfort. β€’ Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects. β€’ Dabbles in scripting languages such as Javascript and Python.
