β’ Technical curiosity and excitement about delivering technology solutions. β’ Demonstrated experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5-8 yrs preferred). β’ Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company. β’ In-person demo experience and public speaking comfort. β’ Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects. β’ Dabbles in scripting languages such as Javascript and Python.
