• Subject matter expert for overall performance and Athlete website experience. • Advocate for the Athlete and contributor to strategy and improvements. • Implement personalized experiences on DICK'S Sporting Goods websites. • Analyze data to align KPIs and drive personalization goals. • Collaborate across teams to improve Athlete site experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel • Experience with Content Management Systems • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Core Metrics or comparable web analytics system • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform (preferred) • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
