Description

• Lead large multi-year strategic programs focused on improving Athlete Experience. • Oversee program management processes including strategy formation and organization design. • Drive integration across teams and manage strategic alliances. • Manage risks and issues associated with the programs. • Facilitate program planning and execution of technology-enabled solutions. • Lead and mentor a cross-functional program team. • Develop own capabilities and those of more junior team members.

Requirements

• 15+ years relevant work experience. • 7–10 years in retail program management. • 5+ years in professional or internal consulting. • 7–10 years of experience with agile development practices. • Proven ability to communicate program status to senior leaders. • Experience applying change management principles. • Skilled in managing, growing, and attracting top talent. • Expertise in aligning programs/projects and troubleshooting complex issues. • Proficient in managing vendor relationships. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and agile-based tools. • Understanding of financial indicators and business insights.
