Description

β€’ Develop and execute comprehensive, engaging demand generation strategies that align with our business goals and target audience β€’ Lead and mentor a small but mighty team of DG specialists β€’ Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results β€’ Implement and optimize ABM campaigns targeting key accounts and industries β€’ Analyze campaign performance and iterate to maximize pipe creation and movement β€’ Manage and optimize demand generation budget to ensure maximum ROI

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of strong DG / Growth experience, at least some of which in a demanding high-growth startup, which you enjoyed and excelled at. β€’ 3+ years of people management experience - small teams ok. β€’ A passion for driving measurable results and hitting ambitious KPIs while marketing an exciting disruptor for a vertical industry. β€’ Strong desire to own the pipe number to back into revenue goals at a high-growth startup. β€’ Great presentation and dashboard skills to be able to show your measurable results clearly on a regular basis - be able to tell the bigger-picture story along with the numbers. β€’ Tech stack: Salesforce; Marketo or other email automation; 6sense, Demandbase or other buyer-intent platform
