Description

β€’ As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. β€’ Drive alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to lead generation and customer engagement. β€’ Oversee Product Marketing, Program Management, and Digital Marketing teams, ensuring cohesive, data-driven execution of demand generation campaigns. β€’ Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive conversion. β€’ Own the end-to-end lead generation process, including lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline management. β€’ Collaborate with content and creative teams to create high-impact marketing assets that resonate with target audiences. β€’ Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in demand generation strategies, ensuring Foley remains competitive in a dynamic market.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience (5+ years) in a Demand Generation or Revenue Marketing leadership role within a vertical SaaS or technology company. β€’ Expertise in building and executing ABM strategies and working with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense. β€’ Strong track record of driving measurable results in alignment with revenue teams, including Sales and Customer Success. β€’ Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. β€’ Insatiable curiosity for testing, measuring, and iterating ideas to refine and optimize marketing performance. β€’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable insights. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
