Description

• Develops and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. • Achieves sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. • Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners. • Reports to VP – Sales, Asia Pacific & Japan. • Conducts weekly cadence calls with APAC channel partners. • Provides guidance and sales support to channel partners. • Maintains records of channel partner pipeline in SFDC. • Plans marketing activities for lead generation. • Identifies and recruits new channel partners in APJ. • Liaises with partner enablement teams for training. • Evaluates partner coverage and develops relationships. • Leads joint partner planning processes. • Establishes relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. • Coordinates marketing, customer support, professional services, and training materials. • Serves as channel advocate for partner and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Sales and working with Software channel partners. • Channel sales management experience in a software environment will be an added advantage. • Proven track record of initiating new programs, obtaining senior management buy-in and support. • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proven track record of managing complex projects with the ability to drive through completion • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams across the organization • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment; • Experience working in India / other AP markets • Possess an energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done • Excellent organization and project management skills
