• We’re excited to announce a bold new expansion within the Directive family: the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. • This new venture will offer a distinct identity within our established brand, built to push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients. • This agency will be a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. • You, the Account Executive of our dreams, are an experienced Sales professional who has Digital Marketing agency experience selling strategic marketing services to B2B accounts. • A core driver of your success in this role will be your performance marketing expertise and knowledge. • Lastly, we have very serious onboarding requirements and expect you to become an expert in marketing. • Our top AE’s close over 40% of their deals because they are true subject matter experts in their craft.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an AE role • Bonus 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially Social Media channels like LinkedIn • Bonus 2+ years of experience in Agency with ACV of $100k • Brilliant strategist and a truly T-shaped marketer • Sophisticated professional who understands finance, buying centers, enterprise selling, events, and working alongside top SDRs • Excellent consulting skills and ability to communicate strategy with executives • Exceptional time management • Impeccable organizational skills • Ability to learn and implement new processes and software at an accelerated ace
