• As an Account Executive (AE), acquire new customers and create raving fans. • Champion the entire sales process from start to finish. • Manage prospects and build relationships from lead to close. • Clearly articulate and demonstrate Coconut’s value proposition. • Navigate and communicate value proposition messaging for multiple use cases. • Research, listen to, and analyze information from customers. • Build and present product demos and proposals based on specific needs. • Partner with BDRs, Sales, and Sales Engineers to develop strategies. • Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales. • Achieve and exceed quarterly assigned sales growth goals. • Maintain timely and detailed pipeline management in SalesForce. • Keep up to date on competitive and key vertical industry trends. • Build and maintain exceptional knowledge of Coconut’s products.
• 3-5 years of full cycle sales experience within a SaaS Environment • Genuine curiosity and thoughtfulness as you want to understand how this software achieves significant business impact • A track record of achieving annual revenue targets of $1M+ • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding target goals • Able to travel weekly/monthly as needed to meet the Coconut teams and prospective clients (valid passport required) • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers and for the company • Experience working in and/or selling to, the financial industry an asset
