Description

•Overview: At Directive, we take solving complex performance marketing problems for SaaS companies seriously. •We are seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to deliver outstanding services to clients in Marketing Operations. •The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing high-performing Marketing Operations teams. •This person will work directly with the Director of Marketing Operations and help identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while providing excellent service. •Roles & Responsibilities include owning projects, direct communication with clients, developing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and training team members.

Requirements

•Admin-level expertise in marketing automation and/or CRM instances such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce etc. •Understanding of how to optimize processes that lead to revenue growth for clients •Data-driven marketer able to curate and optimize data, build reports and dashboards, analyze performance •Ability to communicate with clients directly, often with VPs or higher •Team management and leadership experience with teams of up to 6 •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills •Drive to coach and train team members to achieve career goals •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and business outcomes •Desire to learn and grow in your career
