Description

• Lead in introducing, selling, and delivering advanced sensor solutions in workplace and facilities management, building maintenance, and food and health sector. • Manage and expand the sales pipeline for the DACH region. • Continuously seek new sales opportunities. • Cultivate strong relationships with market partners to drive end-customer sales. • Showcase unique solutions through online and on-site meetings. • Collaborate closely with the team in Oslo for structured account planning and partner coordination. • Work in tandem with European sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or business development experience. • Excel in solution selling. • SaaS experience is a bonus. • Familiar with Real Estate software and cost modeling. • Hold a Bachelor's degree. • Embody self-motivation, result-orientation, and a go-getter mentality. • Communicate and present ideas effectively. • Demonstrate strong integrity and take pride in delivering professional services and solutions.
