Description

β€’ Work collaboratively with the CRO to execute and improve our sales strategy β€’ Manage inbound leads and drive new leads though outbound calls/emails to targeted accounts β€’ Master the tools we use in-house (i.e. Hubspot) and implement new tooling β€’ Test different outreach methods (email subject lines, value propositions, etc) to find the best ones that work for you β€’ Demonstrate our software to prospective customers and close deals with confidence being the main Distru representative in those calls. β€’ Set and accomplish clear daily & monthly goals with the team β€’ Attend conferences with the team β€’ Willing to put in effort to better your sales skills β€’ Be able to successfully reach and exceed quota after 3 month ramp period

Requirements

β€’ Min. 1 Year previous experience as a quota-carrying sales representative, SAAS preferred but not required.A strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales β€’ Proof of being a top performer at previous sales role. β€’ Comfort on the phone, strong email writing skills, and happy to handle objections β€’ A good sense of humor and desire to have fun β€’ Previous CRM experience, Hubspot is a plus β€’ Experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required β€’ Ability to fully grasp and understand the supply chain β€’ Startup experience preferred
