This is a high-impact role that will work directly with the CEO, CRO and cross-functional leadership to plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue for various product lines. • We’ve built the most robust ERP in the Cannabis industry and there are an incredible amount of ways to expand on our product. We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership over the entire lifecycle of product launches—including creating outreach campaigns, enabling customer-facing teams, tracking rollout performance, and more. Your ability to project manage, align stakeholders, and iterate based on data will directly shape how our products succeed in the market. • This is a special role with a lot of room for autonomy and true strategic impact that will define the direction of Distru for many years to come. 🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startups. • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, with measurable impact on revenue and customer adoption. • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM plans. • Exceptional project management skills. • Strong analytical mindset: Ability to define KPIs, build reports, and derive actionable insights from data. • High EQ with the ability to navigate conversations with multiple stakeholders. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Bonus points if you have experience in ERPs, Cannabis, or supply chain software.
