• Empower millions through insurance! At Ditto, we help people buy insurance. • The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operations within the Health Ops Team. • Assist the customers with their policy issuance/renewals/claims journey. • Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify trends, flag issues, and drive improvements.
🎯 Requirements
