• About Dockwa: Dockwa is on a mission to modernize the $230+ billion marine industry. • Our Mission: We believe in transforming a historically traditional industry by empowering marinas. • The Role: As a Marina Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role ensuring marina partners adopt Dockwa’s platform. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with marina partners; Facilitate onboarding; Identify at-risk accounts; Partner with Sales and Product teams. • Who You Are: Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator, proactive and data-driven.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and customer engagement tracking. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs. • Passion for technology, marinas, boating, or hospitality industries is a plus. • Ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize and manage a dynamic workload.
